You have 30 days from auction end to post a reply in the feedback, you get the chance when someone leaves you negative feedback to reply even if you the seller had already left positive feedback to begin with.
I wasn't saying you were a bad person is was a J/k but then I just got screwed over by an idiot with a 0 feedback...he did have a count of 2 but two negatives made it 0...I thought it would be ok as the items he had the negatives for were girlie things so figured a g/f bid on them g/f became ex so that was why no payment etc....I was wrong so I ended up losing a few £'s and offering a second chance offer to the guy who came in second...good trader as he collected and paid cash. Feedback on Ebay is important from a sellers or buyers point of view, I always check to see what they have been buying/selling to see it isn't very low priced items. Touch wood I have only had the 1 selling go slightly wrong (but got a decent amount for the item, would have been better if the guy who won hadn't been a dreamer) and 1 buying go wrong ...lost in post etc but got the money back through PayPal.
I thought about this item and to be honest as you have now been pushed up in cost you are going to be stuck with it...had you got it for cheap then you could have resold it in the Militaria section....and if the periscope had been listed in that section already then you wouldn't be winning at the price you are now but I don't see much if any of a profit now, I have picked up some bargains as the people have misplaced the section for selling more than a few times
