p.s. are DOT bottles dangerous at all, as theyre not legally allowed to be filled, or is it just a red tape thing?

Red tape... yanks all still use DOT bottles and I don't see many reports of them exploding at will...

Yes you can, you just cant use their DOT bottles over here.

DOT bottles are NOT more dangerous - the DOT testing is actually to a higher standard than HSE was - it was beaurocratic red tape
