tank help :- DOT or HSE

it should have stamped on hse or dot, hse is U.K standard and dot is US standard, you will not get dot bottles filled in this country, the only way is to have your own fill rigg and fill it that way,
i have an angel air tank with neither dot or hse stamped anywhere on the visible portion. is that where it would be stamped or do i have to peel the sticker off the other side??
it says

Its a pye (pi) bottle, neither a DOT or HSE but the newest test type (the double T thing represents this). All good.
it's a 5 year test european cylinder.
It's neither DOT or HSE. It's the one that replaced HSE about 18 months ago.
