By ‘pin fill only’ do you have co2 cylinders or air cylinders with a regulator that has a side fill nipple?
You should fill on the site you will be playing at under their processes
CO2 fills - this is hazardous due to the risks of freezing etc, and should be done by trained individuals
High pressure air fills can be conducted by individuals using an appropriate compressor etc ideally at a paintball site, but potentially at a dive centre
It is possible to fill from high pressure compressors, scuba cylinders or stirrup pumps
Domestic and workshop compressors are not suitable to fill paintball
For stirrup pumps make sure they are suitable for the pressures required and have an appropriate filter fitted
