I've bought some stuff off Paintball gateway and not had any problems with them.

You may pay a fair bit on postage and you have to pay by paypal so they will add extra to cover paypal fees, but they are well set up for international orders and the stuff turns up within 2 weeks of payment.

They do kinda blag the tax declaration though (so you will avoid extra tax but HMRC may not like it). I've had them put stuff down as toy parts or warranty repair parts with low values.
