yer you can book in without a team, and you'll be put in to a scratch team with other people in a similar situation to yourself tom. Latest time would be saturday i think

hi matey afternoon is normally booked for a team training by another team but i dont suppose there would be a problem iff you asked the team they may let you train with thembut you will need to ask them as it is a closed session in afternoon for the team only
