you can buy a ion for woods ball

i used it ones and its good as its got a harder frame , water prof so i was told pluss u cant use it on sup air so best of both realy

get an ion. Cant go wrong and its great to go into sup air with. Plus its extremly cheap and you can make it how you want Hope this helps!!

Any of Tippmann A5, 98, or SP Ion or SP8 will be fine for the woods and scenario play.

There all good, and all have lots of upgrades either internal or external.

If you're looking at the £70-£100 range, unless you are going second hand, then out of those 4 the only one you're likely to be able to pick up new for that price is the Tippmann 98

If he has a budget of £100 tops then an Ion is out the window as he has to buy air tank. Yes they run on CO2 but they freeze and cause problems. The best bet for that price is a tipmann and 20 oz co2 bottle. You'll get change out of £100 inc delivery on the likes of a 98 and bottle.
