personally love my i4's just because its such a small profile and the lenses are AMAZING. every time at training when its pissing of rain and freezing cold it always holds up the best out of any masks because of the thermal lense.

personally i dont like the flex's just becuase the ear protection IS an issue it is not just a rumour, it does leave the part where your ear meets your jaw completely exposed

grillz are my second favourite mask because the bottom half is very soft but still maintains all the essential protection so a few extra bounces. it does have a larger profile so maybe an i4 would be preferrable since the smaller profile would mean a miss instead of a bounce? they are the best looking mask out there but the lense is pretty prone to steaming up.

I have used Evants and Jt's for years.
I am planning on getting the Angel Eyes though.
I think they look super-tough, and way advanced.
if you can afford to wait until January, you should try a pair before you buy.

It's been said, but ALWAYS try a mask before you buy it.

jt proflex are the most comfy, non fogging and usable goggles ive ever worn! Can customise them alot to make individual, straps, colours, etc

Have had E-vents, were perfectly good, but found the foam fell apart easily!

Have a pair of grillz too, love the look, quite comfy too! bit more enclosed than my proflex tho!

i found i4's very exposing persoanlly

I'd recommend the e-vents as well, I've used them for the past couple of years and never had a problem

Where abouts are you mate as there could be some fellow ballers nearby that could help out with you wanting to try masks on.

ah well this may not matter now as shoreline just got back to me on cost and its £45 a day and its only once per month for a walk on day other than that they are more corporates and group bookings it seems and there is no where else for me to go so could be this hobby is over before it began:(:(

You could always find a team around your area who are nice enough to let you train/game with them. This is of course if you decide to take up paintballing as a serious hobby though. I'll be honest, it IS an expensive sport. But seriously i've never come across any other sport that gives me this amount of adrenaline and high. I'm sure a lot of people would agree with this statement. :D

hi yeah i get what your saying but im into milsim and woodsball and once amonth is just not enough that place seems to be more set up for large groups like corporate outings and school trips

they dont seem to be set up for local club / hobbyists

they said only thing on offer is a once amonth walkon and he said
approximately every month
so its not guaranteed
