Subscription Issues

I have a question, I live in France & I subscribed at the beginning of February and didn't received any issues yet... (Paiement has been done since 8 weeks)
I have sent 3-4 e-mails to neil martin but no reply. I don't think it's normal... but who can I contact for help ?

Hi David,

I know Neil has been away at a show relating to another magazine (e.g. he was out all last week), so that might be why a couple of emails could have gone unanwered.

If you email me through my profile I'll have a look into it on Monday and see if he is back in the office.
