just screw it in with a bit of loctite on the thread dont you??? im pretty sure theres a thread on removing one... and it also mentions how to replace it hope that helps

Ok newbie question does the reg deside if the air bottle is high or low pressure because my angel will work better on low pressure. Or is it the botttle its self that is low or high pressure

yes, it does. you need a lp reg... most sites will specify, the majority are hp... but if in doubt, i think, they have a blue coloured neck (but thats the one main make i do believe... the name escapes me now, ill find a link)
