How could you not think they would be fierce this year? They beat the snot out of 'Shock last year at AC (a tournament that 'Shock won).

The other game was 2 the Naughty Dogs which cost them Gettysburgh and a sweep of the Nppl last year..There were plenty of stalemates thrown is a well..And understand that Strange could have easily made the jump to Pro last year and played well but didnt have everthing in place financially to do so..

And i didnt say they werent going to be fierce..I just didnt expect them to be in the running for the series title so soon..You cant honestly say that you didnt believe they wouldnt have a slip up somewhere along the way??I also just think that with teams such as Avalanche and GZ having a bit of off years that maybe they might not be so high in the rankings right now if those teams had the years they have had in the past..Dont get me wrong they are a killer team who just wait 4 you to come and eat u up as u try..But there are also those times when they are aggresive as hell and stomp on you till it hurts but not as much as many of you would like:D

This seems like it was a good year for them to jump 2 pro..It gives them a year of experience under thier belts and when the other teams revert back to true form the pro scene should have some amazing games pending the X-Ball factor:confused:

Para Turtles were never any good when they were Pro. They never even made it to the semi-finals once. They were a good Am team back in the day and they won the first ESPN championship, but that was with some serious ringers.

Only a handfull of the current Strange roster used to play for Palm Beach. However, having a core of talented, experienced players can take a team to the next level - ask Trauma.

Has GZ ever had an "on" year?
