Amen John. Look at the history of the countries that participate in the Euro: they couldn't resist a quadraplegic sloth from coming in and conquering them. Doing the whole EU bit just puts them all in a shopping basket for the next conqueror, who rather than using the sword will probably use the ballot box, get elected by legitimate means, then pull the mask off and BLAM! another Caesar, Charlemagne, or worst case Stalin rules them. Meanwhile as John points out they aren't exactly financial geniuses either, more like 4 year olds with a fifth of whiskey, 2 gallons of ice cream, and a checkbook. How f***ing stupid do you have to be to have a currency of base unit so far deteriorated to be .05% or less value of a respectable currency such as the pound or dollar? Not that such is really a crucial point of focus, but it does express the magnitude of the collective ineptness of those so described. The larger, successful economies were conned and/or extorted into this deal. Where they are going you do not want to follow!

ok the story for when to test bottles is,

if you got a fibre wrapped bottle then it needs to be hydrostatically tested every 3 years.

if youi got a luxfer bottle (the flat bottomed jobbies). then they need testing every five years.

the big scuba tanks also need testing every 5 years (they fall into the same catagory as luxfer.)

see ya guys
