I've been waiting since the Series dinner for my copy which I ordered and was meant to pick up there only it was sold before I could.
Sent emails since and never had a reply - and I'm not the only one. Good luck to anyone one else trying to get hold of one.

I believe it was explained at the time that copies would be held for people who had pe-ordered them. On the eveining it was anounced that we'd be in the hotel foyer for an hour which we were.
There was a considerable demand for them but we held all the ones that had been reserved for that full hour. At the end of that hour any copies that hadn't been collected were sold to people who wanted them. Sorry and all but everyone knew we were there and after standing there for over an hour we kind of wanted to get back to the party too. I don't think that's entirely unreasonable, do you?
According to our e-mail records (and we file ALL of them) we have replied to your e-mail. If you haven't received it for whatever reason I can only apologise.
We'll have the new batch of DVD's and videos this week. If anyone would like a copy send a cheque or contact us with your credit details and we'll be happy to send you one.
