Vanguard creeds go for very little but there is a reason why. When they work, they work gloriously, ball on ball, no kick and very efficient, however i have a team mate who struggles week in week out with hers to get it up and running reliably... (mine worked from the time i got it to the time i sold it without a blip, so there are ones that run smoothly)

And i cant recommend enough the Ego 07...

here is tasty 1/100 that i have never even seen before on the UK circuit, being sold by Newcastle lockdown http://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/photo.php?fbid=10150100476684487&set=a.10150100476679487.282376.100355184486&theater

I'm really liking the EGO's (second hand), from what I've heard they're easy to maintain, good shooters and with in my budget.

What are the differences between the EGO 07, EGO 1 and EGO 2?
It may be me or you m8, but i think you got it a little wrong, Planet Eclipse do an EGO or GEO.

The EGO's go by date, so EGO 7 would be an '2007' ,arker and EGO 8 '2008' marker and so on.

Then their is the geo range, GEO or GEO 2.

I believe the first EGO was the '05' but i am very new to this so i could be wrong, some one correct me if needed please.

But like i said Planet have stopped making bits for ego5/6 parts are still available through places or forum.

The 5's and 6's will go for about £130-£150 for a 05, and £140-180 for 06 model again this does depend on use and condition.

Where as GEO's will be bottom line about £350 and a GEO 2 just out, so expect to pay £500+

I'm sure I've seen an ego 05 and 07 for sale on the boards this week. Could be wrong but have a look through the "For Sale" section for a user called "R4VEN" (think that's spelt right) 07 was £220 if I remember rightly plus he's selling ccu kits if you fancy customising it.

Definitely eclipse! The Etek 1, 2 and 3 are kind of the cheaper alternatives to the Egos 5-8, although Egos do slightly have the edge in my opinion, especially if you can afford an Ego 9 or newer
An Etek 1 is roughly equivelant to an ego 5-6 (£130-180)
An Etek 2 is roughly the same as an ego 6-7 (£180-250)
and an etek 3 is similar to an ego 8 (£250-350) in terms of performance.

Internally they're fairly similar, VERY easy to maintain and keep running! They're also reliable and don't require as frequent stripping as Proto or Dye products (PMRs and DMs)
