NulodPBall - I don't think we're in disagreement here at all. I've said that ego is important, as if you don't believe you can do something chances are you'll fail, but team comes first. I didn't bother to put in that someone has to fit in with how the rest of the team likes to play as you had already pointed this out in one of your previous posts perfectly well so I didn't think it was needed
