Well side tracked thread aside, the simple fact of the matter is that Spyders are basically the Skoda of the paintball world. There's a lot of stigma attached to them... Unfortunately for you, its mainly all true.
I would honestly advise you to get a new gun IF you intend to take your game to the next level and play Sup Air tourneys etc. IF you're happy just playing paintball in the woods or at your local field with your mates, then a spyder should see you over fine, and the money you saved can be spent of more paintballs
