Im playing my first tourney on sunday...

This might be a silly question but I am using a Spyder SE that has been converted to rear cocking.. Is that tourney legal? or do I need some kind of beaver tail type thing on it? I am assuming not due to the fact the rear cocking rod does nothing different to the side cocking rod, any help would be appreciated...

Cheers

Dave

Not sure on that..

I know you have to be able to lock down the velocity adjuster, ( if you have the thumb type), the allen key one sould be okay as long as it cannot be altered without an allen key...

Your best bet is to contact the tourney organisers and ask then as it may differ from series to series..

Would it be the midlands you are playing on sunday??

yeah the velocity adjuster is locked with an Allen key, as I say as far as I can see the rear cocking is no different from the side cocking really so I cant see there being a problem, I also imagine that someone would have said so if there was any real doubt about it...

yeah I am playing in the Midlands Masters this sunday :) and boy am I nervous :(
