I understand they are a perfectly fine electro for beginners.

If you've already made your mind up on their worth bosshog56, then why on earth did you start a thread about them? I assume it was just so you can belittle people over their choice of markers. May i ask what you shoot?

Yeah ive played with one, there a descent marka if ure just startin out or ure tight on dosh. also theres enough spyder upgrades around to make a decent marka out of it.

i agree with broz, why did u start this post?

i own a imagine, played with it a couple of times i find it ok. my local team's coach (iron lions) say its good for a starter marker. thinking of putting it on air and getting a new barrel.

Spyders are great starter guns, i have my E99 (my starter gun :D) got it a few months ago in time for big game 2k4 :p. with a new barrel, bolt and air it runs really nice. (Stock barrel would not shoot straight)

its great to learn to play with, learn to look after, take apart and modify, and there are some players who adore their spyders, and i love mine.

I am however saving for a cocker, but at the end of it i will be able to say my spyder served me well.

i had a spyder has my first marker, and i loved it to bits... untill i got my evilblade ;) (eblade with an evil air system!)
spyders are good starter markers :)
