There's an old Chinese curse 'Be careful what you wish for, you may just get it'.
Before you rush to get sponsorship (in whatever form) you need to realise that nobodys going to sponsor you unless they are going to get some return.
Your sponsor will, quite rightly, expect a lot of commitment both on and off the field and this can mean a very big commitment for the team.
K2 are in the fortunate position of enjoying some pretty serious sponsorship and at times we haven't always realised what that would entail.
The first question you need to ask anybody you want to sponsor you is not 'what do I get' but 'what can I do for you'.
As I said we are very fortunate in the sponsorship dept and are putting a lot of work in to make sure we pay back that commitment - and having a lot of fun doung it
