ok, so the purpose of this next training day is to insert a rocket up Hestons arse so that he can move from bunker to bunker, in a sensible order, whilst learning how to count to 5...............

As for me, well my goal is to not fall arse over elbow when moving from bunker to bunker (last acad, a pesky pipe jumped up and tried to wrestle me in an old Tarzan v rubber crocodile type way!!)
