It really depends on how much you want to spend on your "backup" marker.
Money no problem? Think about getting a second of your current marker (if you're shooting an Angel, get another Angel). It saves money on barrels, hoppers, etc, as you already have everything for your first marker, and (presumably) know about maintenance and such. Check E-bay or the classifieds for a used model.
Don't want to spend that much? Mid-range electros like Impulses and BKOs are nice, reliable, pretty much ready to go out of the box. Or you can go for a low-end electro like a Spyder Imagine, Black Dragun or WGP E-Ranger. They're simple, shoot pretty quick, don't require much maintenance, but you will be giving up some performance.
For my money, the AKA Excaliber and Viking are the best "out of the box/no upgrades needed/just pick it up and shoot" markers out there. But I'm not hung up on looks or bling-bling appeal.
