takes most people ages to properly install one mate, you have to take hairlines of tubing off at once, till it is exactly the right length... theyre fiddley things!

I just screwed mine in, pushed the board into the right place and guestimated where to cut the pipe. Worked out alright for me.

Is it just me, or are the threads on the 360 QEV shorter than the banjo ?

Do you think that could be the reason for my leak ?

Got any idea how I can fix this ? A better solution than PTFE so that I can remove the QEV without having to put some more PTFE on.

try another QEV mate... ive had it happen on a mates ion with the 360... dont know why, some people seem to be ok with them, i thought that was just a coincidence... put in another and it works fine :)
