Muscles yer baby lol I used to have to be carefull to only tone and not put on any more.

I have metioned it once in a while I used to be a fit gym bunny and work out size 10 of pure flab less muscle, 23" waist

Ho hum don't have 6 to 8 hours to go pump iron and 24 nights to dance till dawn but it was fun
