I found the forum where this quote came from and read the entire thread.
Bodicus (the guy who wrote that funny **** was in fact being extremely condecending to another user called da'cainster).
The reason for this was because da'cainster started a thread by saying that paintball kills 14 people a year and thus should be banned.

airplanes cause 100's of deaths a year.airplanes should be banned.
