Hi i bought a palmer stabs regulator, can I take the hose off my current expansion chamber and connect it to the regulator? If I can, do I need to seal it once connected?

You should be able to use the hose that went into your exp chamber but you will need to make sure the hose going to the reg is sealed using some PTF tape or loctite.
if you just screw the hose in it will probably leak with out either of the above
