I don't know exactly what time i'll be there but I would imagine around 10:30 ish.

Is there anyway you can send the funds over via paypal? It would make things 100 times easier for me. Even if someone can do it for you on the day as I can still check its arrived on my mobile telephone and communication device.

Let's say, its provisionally sold and then once Ainsley posts in here then i'll mark it as a firm sale.
