From what I could gather on the websites the Northern European Series (formerly Nordic) considered X Ball but feel that they can't afford it. They already have a time-bonus/multiple-game format for their elite division.
Correct, it's supposed to be up soon. Note the little banner, bottom left, named City Clash, that's what it'll be.
