Thats what i thought but i looked closer it looks like the macro is a straight fitting and they have taken some dangerous power

Yeah I think you're right, but if you check out the back of the grip frame it doesn't appear to sit any closer to the back cap. Why wouldn't they bump the frame up to get an even better profile?

Perhaps they just moved the LPR...

Every spool valve is a dump valve. Even the automag.
I assume you mean not another blow forward spool valve operation.

They are potentially very efficient and very quiet. Its all about the design and quality of manufacturing.

But I cant see dye doing that with their flagship model. The PMR is a blow forward and they have patents on balanced spool valves.
