Played in snow once in the early 90s and it was a NIGHTMARE. :)

It was pretty deep snow and a woodland game at APG in Essex - you'd think that having everything white would make people in green/brown easier to spot, but the high contrast between snow and trees messes with your head.

At the time only about half our team were on air and the people on CO2 were having a great time....not! Guns going hot, being unable to fill bottles easily, HUGE cloud burst out the end of the barrel, hehe it was awful.

I remember going for the right tape on the break in one game and diving into cover only to find I'd flung myself head first into a snow covered ditch - there was one of those cartoon outlines of me on top and I was lying about 6 inches below the surface. :)

Plus cos of the cold hits hurt SO much more. :)

Think we came dead last.

lol sounds like fun.

Nice picks beaker, ive just always thought that it would be great fun to play in the snow and it look like it. Up in Aberdeen they have hundreds of snow (and sheep :p ) and all thier schools are off from like late november to late january alot of the time. Lucky... :(

Ah yes, to echo Skaffen, CO2 is not recommended for snow days, or, obviously, any kind of freezing day. And most especially on a 'Mag, I can attest to that! One day at a team practice about eight years ago I tried running remote, THROUGH an expansion chamber, and it still wouldn't shoot. Yeah, I was full-time ref that day. You know, I think that was the day that caused me to finally go compressed air.
