I'm having a bit of trouble with the new technique, when you roll out are you supposed to twist your torso round so that your chest faces the way you're leaning out, because if you don't it really leaves your shoulder exposed but in the DVD it seems to indicate you should be standing and facing fairly straight on with your target?
The trouble is when you start turning your torso you have to lean sideways and forwards to pop out and I thought the idea was to only lean sideways when doing it.
