throat protector...
Believe it or not, i have NEVER been hit in the throat/neck!! So i wouldn't know how much it hurts. (You wait...next weekend...!) Now that summer is here all non-essential padding is OFF! Playing/Marshalling kit now as follows: Gog's, Neoprene booby protectors under strappy vest, cargo's, boots and thats all folks! Oh yeah, socks...everyone wears socks...

I have been shot in the neck from about 10 foot (some git hiding in a bush while i'm busy grabbing their flag, DAMN! must use eyes better!)
OK so it hurt, but no more than anywhere else.... the only problem is going home/into work for the next week with a hiccie the size of wales and trying to explain it to the missus.
