if the bolt was stuck forward it would generally be venting air continuously.

as you said earlier that it vented when you undid the backcap, this would suggest air is getting through the reg.

could then be a problem with either the solenoid clicking over, or the bolt sticking back.

i changed the boards over and both didn't work so it should be OK with board, i lubed the bolt so shouldn't stick. i think i might send the blackheart back because it worked before that was installed.

this thing just tring to annoy me now

ok so I took it apart the 1000th time today and now i have a leak, i know why the leak happened. their is a small sliver piece that needs to go somewhere between the breach and board, the o-ring fell off and i cant find it and you don't get one with the spare kit thats £20 (Thanks Smart Parts!). does anyone know where the little sliver bit goes?

also with banjo bolts, it says the align them but you can see the hole to line up, is their something I'm missing?

edit- i put the sliver bit in now i have a leak though the grip frame

grip frame leak

ok i fixed the grip frame leak, the banjo bolts where not done up enough. However now the bolt is stuck forward, i can see it and air is venting though.Anyway of preventing the bolt sticking forward?
