Furby just loves me ;)

BTW: In response to PBC, the summons was filed with SP's address as in PA.
I dig your mom...but you're alright too. Just wear pants instead of a Kilt!

I understand what you're saying about the lawsuit being filed at SP's PA address...but that still doesn't explain why WDP is suing the Wisconsin SP...which appears to have been more involved with the automotive industry than paintball...12 years ago.

What do you feel is the relationship between this new lawsuit and the one that SP filed against WDP in the US District Court in Oregon in 2002?

So what are NPF/WDP actually hoping to accomplish with their lawsuit? Are they seeking a complete injunction like SP did against AGD and AKA ( *******s! Bring back the Viking!), or are they merely playing politics. It does not seem that it's all about money, if it is will the rewards be worth the time and money that a prolonged patent suit requires? Obviously both companies have top notch lawyers, so instead of a court room battle, how about they settle it with a game of paintball. The top five execs from each company could all go into a Thunder dome style deal and let the winner be decided by who is left standing. Not nearly as practical, buta hell of a lot more fun.
Bring back the Viking! Oh, i said that already? Sorry, thought it would be worth reiterating.

Hell yeah! Adam Gardner vs. Ged Green in a no holds barred, bare knuckle, fight to the death! Who wouldn't want to see that? More so, who wouldn't pay to see that? Play it on sHOW TIME or pay per view and both companies could make enough cheddar to keep them both happy. Also look for the Billy Gardner vs. John Rice undercard.
Two men enter, one man leaves. yeah, let's get it on.
