Hey paul, sorry i did state an opinion and not leave any back up. really cant do that on these forums:p :D

well in my breif opinion U pay less for the Ion and u can tell u pay alot less than a timmy or matrix for example. the exterior of timmys and such like markers are well made and look appealing to the eye, whereas the Ion does not look very attractive in my opinion.

and from what i saw the marker was smashing paint quite frequently. (this may be possibly down to it being new and not fully tested yet) the gun itself is hard to fire at sustained high rates. But im sure that smart parts will release an aftermarket trigger or some other company will. In my opinion i would rather pay more money for something a little bit better built and attractive and has been fully tested and trusted.

(insert flaming comment about my opinion here) :D

please dont get me wrong if your looking at getting into paintball and have a low budget then this is the ideal marker for the price but if u want something of a higher standard then maybe look at smart parts or another companys higher end markers.:)

WTF!!!!
Haha...that's laughable. I'd like to see them pull that one in the UK with our Distance Selling regulations. If i want to I'll return within 7 days for any reason if i damn well want. Of course for a minimal re-stocking fee and paying for shipping.

Sorry mate got to disagree

We all shot the marker last sunday and didn't break any paint, at that time there was only a couple in the country so who's did you see braking paint, was it Garys?

I've got to disagree with something else as well the marker is very, very easy to shoot fast!! the one we tried was fresh from the box so had no trigger tweaks and ripped up to the 17bps limit.
