I've done it fine and all I've got is a D grade GCSE in Electronic Products :p

But the OP may aswell try going down the warranty route first
Lol. I can beat that. I got an E at AS electronics:D

I think I've managed to track down a board thanks to rider.

@ Mactoshdog, Do you mind typing the instructions?

its pritty simple,

take the battery out,

take out the three grip screws,
one in the breach, one in the middle and back,

remove the front banjo, then carefully lift the body off the frame, make sure you dont get the battery harness caught on the frame, or it might come off.

then remove the other two banjos (or banjo and QEV if you have one),
and take the eye harness off.

assuming the new board has the fittings already, simpy follow these instructions in revers order to install it.
(if it dosent, then just put the hose's and fitting from your old board onto the new board, however you might need a new hose kit, as i could only get the hose's off my cutting them)

if iv forgoten anything, im sure ill be corrected.
