As long as there's national/32 Degrees/Empire/whatever their newest pseudonym is, Dye, the K2 group (JT/BE/VE/WGP), Kingman and others out there, SP can't be called a monopoly.

Do SP's business practices suck? IMO yes. Are they a monopoly? Not even close.

from a businesses point of view i guess this would be seen as appropriate, but i think they have taken it way too far, they are not even concentrating on core competition anymore

they need to review thier business culture before a fair trade official stands in !!!!

As the media has been showing interest in paintball, watch sp get there grubby little fingers in that pie. They may even have a patent on tv....:D

its not a "nazi symbol" its a swaztica (spelling?) which is a religious symbol thats been around for melenia and means somthing along the lines of streingth and defiance and such, thats why the nazis used it and smartparts is evil
