It sounds like the reg is set too low - Have you adjusted the Hyper3 reg at all?

Try winding the brass adjuster in all the way until it stops, then winding it back out 3 full turns. If this still doesnt work, give me a call and we can discuss it further.

ok, its not the reg, it was already about 3 turns out

anyway i could send this off to you as i have no idea what is wrong with it and have loads of exams coming up so will be getting quite stressed about those.
