I am a skinny b**tard. and im buy ing some playing trousers im waist size 28 in jeans and the waist size for the Xs trousers are 26" to 30" is that the right size for me or will they be too short considering im about 1M 70cm tall about 5ft 6"

They should be fine, but different makes fit differently. I'm a size 28 in jeans too, and I'm about 5'8". I bought the Etek pants in youth size(28-30 waist), and they're actually a bit too long (and I have to wear a belt!). Had some SP defender pants in small though and they fit perfectly (but not as good quality).
XL is the size you need or XXL bit more room...
I wear large in Dye and Eclipse but have a Dye top that say 'Youth' in the collar and that fits me?? must be for the 'little' kids in america

so id say its up to you, xxl or xxxl.
