I understand your comment but there is a bigger picture to the event.
This is one leg in a 10 leg series therefore we have to look at the series teams as well as teams who play just one event, so we have two "top" divisions, spliting the current A division teams in the Series with the guest teams. Then divide these into the A and B divisions. As far as the series goes these teams will recieve the extra points normally only given to A div teams even though they are in B.
If we moved the three teams around then the B div would be like a normal Sk3 event and the A div like a M25 div. (Only one team K2 in the a division) So it is a chance for our A div teams to mix it with the top Southern teams. Please do not read anything into "pro" teams being in the B division.

Maybe some of the teams who are playing the one leg might consider playing the Series 2004, I know the travelling is a downside but the teams up here a getting their acts together.
