The next point is not to be anoying, but needs to be said: Laser sights are not toys. You do need to be careful where you are aiming it because there is the posibility to hurt someone's eyes. Since we are not out to actually kill anyone, I would avoid pointing it at their head.

How bright is it outside? Will you be able to see it?
If it gets hit by a paintball you may have to kiss it goodbye. A lot of sights can't handle getting shot.
