Then you are left in the unenviable position of trying to find extra money or letting the person you are buying from down.

king size pain in the ass,especially when you do the decent thing and buy it,forget there's a direct debit coming out of yor account and crash your mortage payment(well nearly had to borrow £££ of my mother in law) my mrs was not pleased
