are you still in school? if so then you could use them mounted saws with a hacksaw blade on them.

Click to expand... you mean a motorised fret saw?? bit risky if you ask me im sure they dont accept hack saw blades, well the schools i worked at machines didnt. use a dremel with a cutting disk in it, cut slow or the plastic will melt. just a idea.
