I took my two sons along to a 'junior day' at our local site.
Gentle introduction to paintball, playing with kids about there size, not surrounded by adult rambos. Me and another dad helped guide them.
usually starts with 20 kids camping at either end wasting loads of paint, which is part of the fun, shooting the marker at trees and Marshalls
Then when the adrenlin gets going and they eventually get shot, it is usually at distance or with one/two balls from a tipmann and ususally from someone who has yet to learn how to walk a trigger and has limited paint.
