Shogun is very good, had a few problems with my jersey arriving too, but this was the couriers fault and not shoguns. Tito constantly kept me updated and i admit i got frustrated, but he kept his cool, even rang up the courier company and had a 'word' with them on a few occasions

We kind of found it funny, since the courier company's logo was 'Carrying your reputation' when it didnt do a good job

Shoguns customer service is ACE, would highly recommend. And yes thats true about the postage, mine was only £3-4(cant remember which of the 2 it was)
