shocktech supafly or free flow impulse bolt??

right now im usin a free flow bolt, but i dont think its doing as well as it could...plus, its a screw in, and sometimes when i rapid fire it unscrews, which is pretty annoying....ive heard that the supafly is a great bolt and ive read up about it and it sounds better to me, what are your ideas?

I hear nothing butgood things about the Supafly- it is used on one of the best Autocockers in paintball today. Althoug, for about the same price, you get the Lightning Bolt which has one of the highest flow rates and fires the paint well.
