Mine went and I was going to buy a new cone when a kind chap on here pointed me to the screw mod. As Paul says just screw a suitable size screw through the bottom to take the place of the broken tab. Far more resilient, never had my screw snap I also did mine a little different than shown in the thread and drilled from underneath so nothing is visible from above (which negates the possibilty of paint getting torn on the screw head).
