Shocker ups

Right ive just got my self a nice shiney new shocker! And now want to upgrade it, what r the best bits of kit and where can i get them from.

So far i have heard mixed opinions about the evolved kit. A SP teck said that it was "****e," but really i want ur opinions!!

Also after a new board, its the 04 shocker, and ive heard that it is possible to get the nerve board that does all kinds of crazy ramping etc.

So its rele the bolt and board im after.........opinions please!!!

Is it vision ?? - Because the new vision shockers allready have the nerve programing in them

Or you could look at the dynasty board, there around $140

Its vision, its 04 which i dont think has the nerve board, but will b a gr8 surprise if it comes and it does!!
Still looking for a nerve board tho! Preferably from the UK as its just ezer

the evolve kit is by far superior to the SP one (which is basically a ripped of version of the evolve one anyway)

The guys from evolve have perfected there bolt kit, and it all out rocks.

look also for

NDZ wave trigger
SP twister feed neck
evolve LPR mount + minimaxflow lpr reg
Cp vert reg to replace the SP one

this will make your shocker pure out rip

Riiight!!! Well ive decided upon the Nerve gripper feed neck (cos its rele rele ez to use! Evolve internals, cos they r gr8!
Wondering..........if i have an adjustable LP system do i rele need the evolve LPR?

Evolve V2 internals, Evolve solenoid manifold, either Evolve feedneck the Qlock or even better the teeny tiny CCM No rise and a good front reg. The boards are available from smart parts, but get the gun sent to them as im sure you void your warranty if you undo the grip from the body yourself.

Oh and a lorry load of shocker lube as the bolts need it quite alot.

Upgrading a shocker .. sweet

*Get the latest board (shocker or nerve) this turns it into vision mode straight away rather than eye off mode, you also get rebound.
*Get a twister or nerve gripper feed neck.
*Make sure you have the SP efficiency kit (this is a must).
*Get an aluminium bolt sleeve rather than the white delrin.

DON'T get evolve internals. Sometimes they're really good sometimes they're really bad. Get the sp efficiency internals. Also you may have all kinds of warrenty/cost problems if your marker plays up and you give it SP to fix and you have an evolve bolt.

You don't need the LPR

Kl well i know a SP teckie so its pretty ez to send it to him, so sp SFT turbocharger, nerve gripper and possibly a nerve board (if i can afford it!)

Mate, I'd get the Evolve bolt not the SP one. Evolve is much better. A for boards...Umm... I'd go for the Tadao/Dynasty board.
Clamp feed neck is also nice. Maybe new detents as they don't work too well with Halo's (correct if you must)

You may not need a new board, does your have rebound?

Again I've seen evolve bolts that work very well and evolve bolts that are **** - seems to be luck of the draw and in my opinion not worth the risk of it going down and having no tech support. Also when the shocker is returned to sp to fix the fault they either refuse to fix it due to the problem being the evolve bolt or replace the bolt with an sp one.
