check the upper board power button still has its rubber extension, this will not let you turn it on if its in the gun as the power button doesnt reach if you know what i mean...this happened the other day to my shocker but we got it fixed straight away, they are fiddly the top boards so be patient and dont use heavy objects (especially for smashing
