Hello gents. Just bought a shocker with 3k max flo set up but I want to use c02 on it for the time being, is there anything I'd have to change before I stick c02 on it?
Cheers.

No, just ensure that you have an anti-syphon tube fitted to your tank...Shockers prefer CO2 btw...oh and remember to lube everything up with Dow 33 and if not fitted an air transfer tube filter would be a good idea...it is a long tube of foil mesh that goes the length of the body.

The only problem is that the max-flow, if its the old style 1, uses a backwards bottle thread (lefty). The best thing to do is to use the air valve on a co2 bottle, or fill the air bottle with co2, u need to buy a converter for filling though (as the fill is right hand screw, and the valve will be left). Smartparts europe does them I believe. Hope this helps.

I'll be using a c02 bottle, not one for air. Does that mean I won't need to change anything on the max flow, or will I have to buy a thread converter?
