Shocker modes question

Walker..Don't normally flame people straight off the bat but tonight I will...

1: no one said the shocker was illegal...the point was raised that it may have been..so best not to advertise the fact

2: You have either never owned or actually read any of the manuals that come with Shockers, cos your last post as to the description of the switch order is complete rubbish.

heres the list

DOME SWITCH

4x4 no switch semi only
S/F left 3 Shot burst, Centre Semi, Right Full Auto
S/F Turbo as above but the Turbo needs to be switched on interally

Lever Switch (L/S)

Left Turbo, Centre Semi, Right Turbo (turbo is always on) Tourny caps stop the selection of Turbo (newer still boards may have no switch in place but unsure of that)

Mark, you're right....

i do have a lever switch on my shocker. Centre is definitely semi and both right & left seem to do the same ie turbo. So my marker is legal then!

Keep it friendly! any advice posted here is useful to me even if its only a matter of eliminating possibilities...like now i know i don't have a dome switch and don't have full auto. So all advice/ideas have been useful. So ta to everyone who participated.

No Problem Guppy, just that if any have read posts that contribute to I "rarely" post hello, what you doing, lol" type posts..keeping to what I know and have learnt and passing it on and if I am not sure I ALWAYS put it in the post, so when a totally wrong (as far as I am aware) posting come up I will Flame and fully expect to get the same in return if I screw up..only ever got an attempted flame from some one ages back and even then it actually was nothing to do with the post (cos I know who the person was hiding behind the screen name...Paul) so eventually I left it. Sparklie will tell you the kind of things I can tell you so Guppy talk to her and you will see what I mean.

anyway, i thought that it was something like one positionwas three shot burst,middle was semi and the other was fullauto.
at least when i *ahem* modified my shocker 4x4 thats what it turned to.

More advice please guys...everone welcome...
OK so i've got my shocker & i've got my dive tank..Couldn't get a secondhand 300 bar so went, in the interim, for a 232 with an A Clamp fitting. Got my A-Clamp/AA adapter and i'm ready to roll. Except... Whats the little black twiddly knobby thingy on the side of the adapter? its adjacent to the gauge on the adapter. It screws right off. Would i be right in thinking its to release the air still in the adapter after i have filled the bottle and turned both it and the dive tank valves off??? (its a smartparts adapter)
